Affecting factors of farmers＇ rural settlement will are the proportion of non-agricultural income of farmers, farmers＇ housing satisfaction level, gaining the funding sources from the family outside and understanding the extent of the circulation policy of Farmers. From a regional perspective, there is high non-farm income in the dominant regions where participating in a number of rural social organizations also plays a positive role in farmers＇ rural residential land circulation willingness. Promoting the rural residential land circulation should firstly establish and perfect all kinds of rural social organizations so as to improve the rural social security system, secondly establish and perfect the land bank and all kinds of financial institutions so as to support farmers＇ self-employment and employment, and thirdly strengthen the policy propaganda of residential land circulation so as to highlight the core status of peasant households.
