对复材筋-附加肋试件的界面抗剪性能进行了试验研究,得到复材筋-附加肋界面抗剪承载力及界面剪应力-滑移关系,分析了铝合金管附加肋硬度、壁厚和长度对复材筋-附加肋界面抗剪性能的影响,并对比分析了复材筋-附加肋界面抗剪强度和复材筋-混凝土界面抗剪强度。结果表明:附加肋可以有效提升复材筋的锚固性能。在复材筋上挤压附加肋的方法操作简单且效果明显,为提升复材筋锚固性能提供了新方法。由于试验中附加肋成型过程还未能实现环向均匀挤压,非均匀挤压的方法对筋材强度造成了一定损伤,因此优化挤压方法以进一步降低损伤是后续研究的重点内容。
The interface shear performance between fibre reinforced polymer( FRP) bars and additional ribs was experimentally studied. Interface shear capacity and shear stress-slip relationship between FRP bars and additional ribs were obtained.The effects of hardness,wall thickness and length of aluminum alloy tubes on shear behavior were also analyzed.Additionally,the interface shear strength between FRP bars and additional ribs was compared with that between FRP bars and concrete.The results show that additional ribs could effectively improve the anchoring performance of FRP bars.The method of extruding additional ribs on FRP bars is simple and effective,which provides a new method to improve the anchoring performance of FRP bars.As uniform extrusion could not be achieved in the forming process of additional rib,non-uniform extrusion method in the tess caused a certain degree of damage to the tensile strength of FRP bars.It is an important part of future research to optimize the extrusion method to further reduce the damage.
