本实验研究了马桑标本(CoriariasinicaMaxim)中的马桑毒素成分(羟基马桑毒素)对供试的细菌和植物病原真菌的抑菌活性,结果表明不同浓度梯度的羟基马桑毒素对其供试菌种的抑菌作用结果不同,随浓度的减少,抑菌作用依次减弱。羟基马桑毒素浓度小于0.5mg/ml对所有供试细菌和病原真菌均无抑菌杀菌作用;浓度大于1.5mg/ml以上除个别浓度无抑菌作用外,其余均有不同程度的抑菌杀菌效果。
Turin isolated and extracted from Coriaria were diluted to different concentrations and were tested for antibacterial and antifungal activity by Neo-Sensitab disk-diffusion method. The results showed that there are remarkable antibiotic activities of Coiriatin at 0. 5415 mg/ml against 6 kinds of bacteria and 11 kinds of pathogens. Its effective concentration was 0.18mg/ml.
