According to the requirements of large - scaled steel plant, the resource dispatch information system is divided into a data management layer and a data collection layer. And each of them is designed in this paper. Furthermore, the role of FactorySuit A^2 software suite series played in the system design is introduced. And then the procedures of the software design are provided.
