在光纤共焦显微系统理论的基础上,结合普通并行共焦理论和抽样定理,研究光纤束共焦系统的有效点扩散函数,得出光纤束共焦系统的光场分布情况。根据光纤束共焦系统的有效点扩散函数和光纤束中光纤的排列特点,分析光纤束共焦显微系统成象质量的影响因素。结果表明光纤束的光纤间距与物镜的放大率决定了系统的横向分辨率。
Based on the theory of single optic - fiber confocal microscopy, the effective point spread function of optic -fiber bundle confocal microscopy is studied with the general parallel confocal theory and the sampling theorem. The optical field distributed situation of optic - fiber boundle confocal system is obtained . According to the characteristics of the effective point spread function and optic - fiber bundle arrangement , the influencing factors of optic - fiber boundle confocal microscopic system imaging quality are analyzed. The result indicated that the system lateral resolution were decided by the separation of optic - fiber bundle and the magnification of object lens.
