目的:优化甘草中总黄酮和总皂苷成分的提取工艺,并比较在不同品种和不同产地野生甘草药材中的含量差异。方法:紫外分光光度计测定甘草总黄酮和总皂苷的含量,采用正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、固液比、氨水浓度及超声温度对其提取率的影响,优选出能同时提取两类成分的合适工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,固液比1:20,氨水浓度0.3%及超声温度40℃;不同来源甘草药材的总黄酮和总皂苷含量差异较大。结论:优选的条件可靠,重现性好,适合甘草总黄酮和总皂苷的同时提取;测定甘草总黄酮和总皂苷含量能有效评价甘草药材质量。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of total flavones and saponins from radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae, and compare their difference in contents. Methods: The total contents of flavonoids and saponins are determined by UV spectrophotometer, and orthogonal experiment is used for optimizing the extraction technology. Results: The optimal extraction technology should be A3 B3 C3 D3, and there are obvious differences in the total contents of flavonoids and saponins among various areas. Conclusion: The extraction method is simple and realizable, and it is feasible to determine the contents of total flavonoids and saponins to control the herbs quality.
