杂种优势是自然界中普遍存在的一种现象,在水稻、玉米和家蚕中已广泛应用,成为提高社会经济效益必不可少的工具。然而,目前对杂种优势理论的探索却远远落后于实践的应用。为此,通过杂种优势利用简史、杂种优势遗传机理研究进展及发展趋势的概述,提出将转录组学和蛋白质组学共同用于杂种优势的研究,以期为杂种优势利用和遗传机理的研究提供借鉴和理论参考。
Heterosis is a common phenomenon in nature, which is widely utilized in rice, maize and silk- worm. Meanwhile, heterosis is also an indispensable tool to improve the social and economic benefits. How- ever, research on the theory of heterosis lags far behind the practical application. Here, the development sta- tus of heterosis utilization, the research progress and development tendency of heterosis genetic mechanisms were summarized. In future studies, heterosis should be investigated through a combination of transcriptomic and proteomic approaches, which might provide reference and theoretical guidance for study of the genetic mechanism and utilization of heterosis.
