目的:通过光、电镜观测猪心窦房结组织形态学结构特点。方法:通过心内多电极电生理标测等方法初步定位猪窦房结位置,取新鲜猪心窦房结组织,切片、染色后光镜下观察。确定窦房结位置后,再次取材、脱水、固定后超薄切片,并用透射电镜观察并拍照。结果:猪心窦房结位于上腔静脉和有心房交界处的界沟上端,起搏细胞、移行细胞等都有其特有的形态和分布。结论:猪心窦房结有着不同于其他心肌组织的形态和结构,其细胞组成和功能与窦房结本身功能相一致。
Objective: To observe the histomorphological characteristics of porcine heart sinoatrial node (SAN) under light microscope and electron microscope. Methods: After gross orientation of the porcine SAN by electrophysiology mapping, slices of SAN were prepared and identified by light microscope. After accurate positioning of SAN, uhrathin sections were prepared for observation under a transmission electron microscope. Results: Porcine SAN was located above the terminal sulcus at the juncture of superior vena cava and right atrium. Both pacemaker cells and transitional cells had their own char- acteristic morphology and distribution. Conclusion: Porcine SAN has different morphology and structure compared with other cardiac muscle tissues, and the composition and function of SAN cells are consistent with the function of SAN.
