为了研究活性炭载体对颗粒污泥形成的影响,本试验采用两组平行的膨胀床生物制氢反应器,一组添加粉末活性炭作为晶核载体,另一组不加任何载体,对比研究了厌氧条件下颗粒污泥形成过程中物理特性及微生物相特性.结果表明,两组反应器均能形成颗粒污泥,但填加载体的反应器在相同的运行时间里,形成的颗粒污泥多于未加载体的反应器,其粒径为1.2~1.4mm,是未填加填料的反应器中颗粒污泥粒径的2倍.在启动结束有机负荷为22kg/m^3·d时,填加载体的反应器的平均产氢速率是5.04IMd,而未加载体的反应器的平均产氢速率只有2.35IMd.
In order to investigate the influence caused by an activated carbon carrier on the formation of granular sludge, the test applied two groups of parallel expanded bed biological hydrogenation reactors. One group was added in with powdered activated carbon as the carrier while the other group was not added in with any carrier. The physical characteristics and microbiological phase characteristics under anaerobic conditions and in the formation process of granular sludge were comparatively studied. The results show that both groups of reactors are able to form granular sludge, but the reactor with the carrier formed more granular sludge than the reactor without the carrier within the same operation time, the particle size being 1.2 - 1.4 ram, which is 2 times of the size of granular sludge in the reactor without the carrier. At the end of the organic load of 22 kg/m3 ·d, the average hydrogen production rate of the reactor added with the carrier is 5.04 L/d, while the average hydrogen production rate of the reactor without the carrier is only 2.35 L/d.
