采用X射线衍射技术对IF钢、低碳钢和电工钢的冷轧织构和退火织构进行了分析,并结合文献数据分析了该织构的形核机制。特别关注了{111}〈112〉再结晶织构的形成、影响因素及其控制。结果表明,大压下量、代位原子的存在有利于{111}〈112〉再结晶织构,而碳原子及析出相抑制其形成。
Rolling and annealing textures were determined in IF-steel, nucleation mechanism of the textures was discussed based on literature. low carbon steel and silicon steel by X-ray dittraetion technique. The Special emphasis was laid on the formation of the {111}〈112〉 annealing texture and its influencing factors because of the significance for its control in three types of steels. Results show that the texture component is favored by large rolling reduction and the presence of substitute alloying elements and is suppressed by carbon and precipitates.
