本文通过对联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)近10年来全民教育(EFA)全球监测报告的分析,总结了UNESCO推进教育公平的客观历程,揭示了全民教育旨在促进教育公平的本质。同时,通过分析国际社会在促进教育公平过程中面临的种种问题和困难,为我国提高教育公平水平提供借鉴。
Through analyzing the Global Monitoring Reports of Education for All (EFA) from the years 2002 through 2012 issued by UNESCO, the article reviews the development of education equi- ty as interpreted by that organization and reveals that the core goal of UNESCO' s EFA ig to enhance education equity. At the same time, various problems and difficulties faced by international society in the course of development of education equity are discussed, so that lessons can be drawn for the improvement the status of education equity in China.
