基于肌肉组织超声传输模型,研究了探头位置误差对肌肉超声图像熵的影响,以解决在运动过程中采集固定位置肌肉超声图像序列的问题。理论分析和实验研究表明,超声阵列探头在一定角度范围内偏转,即在运动过程中探头或肌肉发生相对位移时,对肌肉的超声图像熵值的估计较为稳定,对肌肉组织疲劳的评估结果影响较小。因此,在运动中进行超声图像熵检测可以有效评估肌肉疲劳进程。
Based on the muscle tissue ultrasonic transmission model, the effects caused by the er- rors of probe position is investigated. The problem of reflecting the the muscle image sequence process issues at fixed position in the movement is solved. Theoretical analysis and experimental studies shows that when the deflection of probe position in a range of angles in the movement, the ultrasound image entropy keep a constant. During muscle or probe position relative displacement, the results of the muscle fatigue evaluation is not changed. The results provide a technical quanti- tative assessment to detect ultrasound image entropy and the muscle fatigue.
