介绍了一种用于测量红外云图中热带气旋边缘线分形数的计算方法。该方法主要建立在轮廓编码的基础上进行。首先利用闽值分割法对红外图像进行分割,提取出云图中的对流像素。对分割后的图像二值化,然后进行轮廓编码.在编码过程中,识别出符合条件的连续区域(即连成片的对流云系),计算区域对应的周长、面积以及重心坐标等,根据台风年鉴中的记录查询出对应时刻云图中反映热带气旋的云系,通过周长-面积法,计算出热带气旋边缘线的分形数。
A calculating method for measuring fractal of tropical cyclone eddy perimeters in the infrared cloud image is introduced. The method is mainly based at the contour coding. First, the extraction of convective pixels in the infrared image is achieved by threshold segmentation. After image binary coding, it begins the contour coding of images. During this progress, the consecutive areas (convective clouds area) are identified. The perimeter, area rand bar--centric coordinates of the correspond clouds are calculated. With the help of the tropical cyc;one item in the Yearbook of Typhoon, the tropical cyclone clouds are picked out. The fractals of tropical cyclone eddy perimeter ape calculated by using of the perimeter-area method.
