零排放的电动汽车是汽车工业未来发展的主流,电动汽车入网技术实现了电动汽车和电网的双向互动和交换,是智能电网的重要组成部分。电动汽车的充放电行业造成新一轮负荷的快速增长,其对电网效益产生的影响目前还未有深入的探讨。在现有商业用电峰谷电价模型下,探讨了基于随机效用理论的多项式logit模型的电动汽车充放电行为,并初步评估电动汽车车主的自身效益及其对电网效益的影响。提出了对于电动汽车的充放电时段划分及电价制定的方式,从而更好地发展智能电网。
The zero-emission electric vehicle(EV) tends to be the mainstream of the future auto industry,and the EV access network,which realizes the mutrual interaction and exchange between EV and the grid,has become the vital part of the smsrt grid.The EV charging and discharging business has made rapid progress,while its effect towards the power effeiciency,however,hasn′t gianed enough attention.Therefore,this paper explores the random-effective-theory-based multi-logit model applied in the EV charging and discharging industry under the exsiting commercial peak-valley electricity price system,and makes an initial assesment about the efficiency of the EV owners and the grid.Finally,this paper suggests a model of EV charging and discharging period division and elctricity pricing be practised,so that a smart grid can be better developed.
