目的:优选两面针活性成分的最佳提取工艺。方法:以加氯仿倍量、提取时间为主要影响因素,以氯化两面针碱、乙氧基白屈菜红碱和L-芝麻素含量为评价指标,用星点设计-效应面法优选两面针活性成分的最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加入60倍量氯仿,提取3次,每次提取120min。结论:用星点设计-效应面法优选两面针活性成分的提取工艺简便易行,预测性好。
Objective: To optimize the extracting technology of active ingredients. Methods: The main influencing factors of extraction effect included the quantity of chloroform and extraction time and the extraction conditions were evaluated by the contents of niticline chloride, ethoxychelerythrine and L-sesamin. The optimal extraction of active ingredients was selected by central composite design-response surface methodology. Results:The optimal conditions consisted of extraction three times, 120 rain each time with sixty fold of chloroform. Conclusion:It is simple, convenient and high predictive to optimize the extraction craft of active ingredients by central composite design-response surface methodology.
