本文介绍了预处理柠檬酸(C6H8O7)掺杂对MgB2超导体的影响.通过该实验我们将柠檬酸中的一部分氧元素除去,降低了样品中MgO的含量,从而有效减轻了杂质相对超导转变温度(Tc)的抑制.另外,还发现样品的临界电流密度(Jc)在处理温度为200℃时达到最优值.在10K,4T条件下,200℃预处理的样品的Jc达到1.4×104A/cm^2,相对纯样的临界电流密度0.8×10^4A/cm^2,提高了75%.
This paper introduces the effects of pretreated citric acid doping on MgB2 bulks.In the experiment,we remove a part of oxygen in the citric acid and thus reduce the content of MgO in the sample,so that the depression on Tc is effectively relieved.In addition,we find that the critical current density (Jc) of MgB2 achieves an optimal value when the processing temperature is (set to be) 200℃.At this temperature,Jcreaches 1.4×104A/cm2,at 4T and 10K,with is 75% raise,compared with a Jc of 0.8×104A/cm2 when the sample is pure.
