我国城市发展面临快速城市化,机动化的问题,传统超高密度单中心的城市结构正在发生改变,如何构造以公共交通为导向的大都市区空间结构,促进可持续发展是城市规划所关心的一个重点问题。世界各国轨道交通建设与城市发展的经验可以给我们一定得启示。由于城市发展的特殊性,有必要对我国城市发展的规律加以总结。本文以上海为例,通过常年的调查研究,从轨道交通与城市中心,站点周边土地使用,交通出行的响应和轨道交通站点周边住宅价格的影响等几个方面进行研究,在此基础上提出了轨道交通与大都市地区结构的优化的策略和建议。
