用紫外-可见光谱(UV-Vis spectroscopy)表征载有布洛芬(ibuprofen)和吡罗昔康(piroxicam)复方药物的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)膜在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中的释放过程,观察两种药物在时间外扰下的释放情况.随着时间的推移,两种药物都保持了持久的释放.同时,通过二维紫外相关光谱(two-dimensional UV correlation spectroscopy)来进一步探究两种药物从PMMA膜内释放到缓冲溶液中的先后顺序,推断出布洛芬与PMMA之间形成了一定的氢键相互作用,导致释放速度变缓.复方载药膜的红外光谱证明了这种相互作用的存在,验证了二维紫外相关光谱在药物缓释领域的潜在应用价值.
UV-Vis spectroscopy was utilized to monitor the release process of ibuprofen and piroxicam from PMMA film in the phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Both of the drugs maintained a continuous release process under time perturbation. Furthermore, two-dimensional UV correlation spectroscopy was applied to explore the sequence of the drug release and it was implied that hydrogen-bonding interaction was formed between ibuprofen and poly (methyl methacrylate (PMMA), which was responsible for the lower speed of release. FTIR spectra of drug-containing PMMA film confirmed the existence of the interaction and the potential applications of two-dimensional UV correlation soectroscoov in drug release have been confirmed.
