利用高温固相反应法制备了新型三元锂离子电池正极材料Li2Ru1/3Co1/3M1/303(M—Mn、Ni、Fe)。通过X射线衍射技术和电化学性能测试对Li2Ru1/3Co1/3M1/3O3的微观结构及其电化学性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,Li2Ru1/3Co1/3Ni1/3O3和Li2Ru1/3Co1/3Fe1/3O3为六方层状结构,空间群为R-3M,而Li2Ru1/3Co1/3Mn1/303保持了单斜结构;电化学性能测试表明Li2Ru1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的电化学性能优于掺杂Fe和Ni的三元材料,该材料具有良好的循环性能,在电流密度为16mA/g情况下,首次充电容量达到190mAh/g,首次放电容量为171mAh/g,50次循环后容量保持率为98%。
Li2Rul/3COl/3M1/3O3(M Mn, Ni, Fe) as new cathode material for Li-ion battery were synthesized by solid state reaction. The microstructure and electrochemical performance of Li2RUl/3 Co1/3 M1/3 03 were inves- tigated by X-ray diffraction and electrochemical tests. The result indicated that Li2RUl/3 COl/3 Nil/3 03 and Li2 RUl/3 COl/3 Fel/3 03 had a layered structure and their space groups were R-3M. Li2 RUl/3 COl/3 Mnl/3 03 electrode had a good electrochemical reversibility between 2.5 and 4.8 V. During the chage and discharge process, the ini- tial charging capacity can reach 190 mAh/g at a charge current density of 16 mA/g. The discharge capacity re- tention was 98% after 50 cycles.
