作为一种行之有效的热处理工艺手段,深冷处理因能较为明显地改善材料的力学性能和较大幅度地提高工件使用寿命,在金属材料领域已经获得了越来越广泛的应用。但相对于机理和工艺都已经研究得较为深入的黑色金属而言,有色金属的深冷处理研究还显得不够系统和深入。结合笔者的研究结果综述了国内外有色金属的深冷处理现状以及相关机理研究,并对存在的问题和发展趋势进行了分析和展望,以期为以后的研究提供一定的参考。
Cryogenic treatment process will give benefit to microstructure and properties, which can enhance the performance and the service life of industrial metal materials. More and more attention is paid to this special heat treatment process. However, compared with the ferrous metal, the process and mechanism research about the cryogenic treatment are very limited for nonferrous metals. The current situation of this field is reviewed and the existing problems and development tendency are discussed.
