The Morrey regularity for weak solutions to a class of degenerate parabolic equation is proved by using Campanato's freezing method when the coefficient matrices satisfy certain VMO conditions. Moreover,we establish the local optimal HOlder continuity for the weak solutions by the integral characteristic of HOlder continuous functions.
