针对平煤一矿瓦斯抽放系统分散,致使局部地区瓦斯超限频繁、回风巷中瓦斯浓度偏高的现象,应用网络图理论、流体力学和瓦斯流动规律对其抽放系统进行优化,提出了统一、联网的抽放方法,应用结果表明,优化后的抽放系统总的抽放阻力是64 kPa,而地面抽放系统的抽放泵的抽放能力最大是101 kPa,其工作时的抽放能力为90 kPa左右,同时瓦斯抽放浓度提高了11.5%,瓦斯治理效果明显。
Gas suction system at Pingmei No.1 Coal Mine spreads around,which makes gas concentration in partial areas underground exceeding the limitation frequently,and gas concentration in air-return ways keeping at high level.In allusion to this phenomenon,the author optimized the suction system by using network chart theory,hydrodynamics and gas flowage law,and a unified and joined suction method is put forward.The application result shows that,the total suction resistance of the optimized suction system is 64 kPa,while the maximum suction capacity of the pump on the ground is 101 kPa,and the pump's working capacity is about 90 kPa,that is 11.5% increase,showing that the gas treating effect is improved obviously.
