本文从我国劳动关系理论研究所面临的现实困境出发,认为劳动关系理论研究的重点在于论证并通过经验数据验证清楚劳动关系的形成机制以及其对不同层面的竞争力的影响机制。通过梳理竞争力的相关研究,本文构建一个基于serM范式的整合的竞争力分析框架。同时,借鉴Porter(1985,1990)统筹研究企业、产业和国家竞争力的思路以及整合竞争力研究的思路,本文构建了基于ser-M范式构建了动态、权变的劳动关系理论分析框架。本文认为对于劳动关系的理论分析必须综合考虑劳动关系主体在不同环境压力下利用各自的资源禀赋形成独特的劳动关系协调机制的整体过程,而不应该仅仅从政策制定或推广最佳实践的角度探讨相应的劳动关系协调机制的问题。
The authors suggest that the research focus of labor relations should demonstrate and verify the formation mechanism of labor relations and its influence mechanism on competitiveness in different research levels, considering the realistic predicament of researches and practices of labor relations in China. By reviewing relating researches about competitiveness, the authors design an integrated analytical framework of competitiveness based on the 'ser-M' paradigm. Moreover, the authors design a dynamic and contingency theoretical fiamework for labor relations research, referring to the integrated framework of competitiveness and Porter' s researches in 1985 and 1990 which integrate the researches of competitiveness from corporate level, industry level and national level. The authors argue that theoretical analysis about labor relations should not focus on the labor relations coordinating practices, but should focus on the holistic process of labor relations coordinating mechanisms which are formed by different labor relations subjects who utilize respective resource endowment under different environment pressure.
