随着长江中下游地区经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平大幅提升,该地区居民对于冬季提升室内舒适水平的呼声日益强烈。伴随着供暖需求的不断增加,长江中下游地区供暖能耗也逐年增长,如果不加以任何措施,必然会带来巨大的能源供应压力。因此,研究长江中下游地区供暖问题是目前建筑节能领域的重点之一。本文基于大量实际数据和文献总结出几种供暖典型模式,并开展大规模问卷调研,了解该地区居民供暖发展意愿,对该地区供暖能耗进行预测,并构建不同发展情景,提出在满足居民需求前提下最适宜的发展情景,根据该地实际情况,指出切实可行的未来技术解决方案和政策措施。
With the development of the economy and living standard in China,the heating problem of Yangtze River area in China has got more attention. The increasing of heating demand has caused a large increase in heating consumption so that it will bring enormous energy supply pressure without any measures. So how to improve the indoor thermal comfort as well as avoid a large increase in energy consumption through appropriate technic and policies,is in urgent need of solution. This study summarizes several typical heating mode through previous real data and literatures and get the distribution of these heating mode through large-scale questionnaire survey. Then the residents' intention is analyzed and the future heating consumption is predicted. This study tries to find the most appropriate development scenarios and point out the feasible technical solutions and policy measures in the future.
