基于颗粒离散元法的基本原理,采用VC++.NET开发了筛分作业的二维离散元仿真程序SieveDEM.模拟系统由给料漏斗、筛分机和产品隔板等部件组成,在程序中分别定义了相应的CParticle类、CHopper类和CScreen类用来描述入筛物料、给料漏斗和筛分机.采用滑动-阻尼-摩擦接触模型作为单元间的作用模型,采用“窗口法”解决了接触点的识别判定问题,实现了包括给料在内的筛分作业全过程的动态模拟.可以通过对话框设置入筛物料的物性参数、筛分机的结构参数及工作参数,具备计算进度显示、计算结果保存及连续计算的功能,提供计算结果的动画演示及回放、放映速度控制和统计分析结果图象显示、图象放大及截取等功能,采用实验室筛分试验、半工业筛分试验和工业性筛分试验对该程序的模拟结果进行了全面的验证.本模拟程序的开发不仅为深入认识筛分过程提供了有力的工具,同时还展示了DEM应用于矿物加工领域的广阔前景.
Base on the basic principles of particle discrete element method, A two dimensional DEM emulator named SieveDEM was developed by VC + +. NET. The emulator is consisted with a feed hopper, a screen and a product baffle e. g. Three classes, which are CParticle class, CHopper class and CScreen class, were respectively designed to describe feed material, feed hopper and screen. By applying the common spring - dash- pot - slide contact model and the "window method", the mathematical model of particle movement on the screen plate is built and the problem of contact search is resolved. Then, the whole screen process including feeding process can be dynamically simulated. Almost all the screening working parameters including feed physical characters, screen structure and working parameters can be artificially setup through filling corresponding dialog. In this program, progress rate of calculation can on - line show, calculation result can be saved for analyzing or progressively calculating. It also can be orderly or retrogressively demonstrated through cartoon which projecting speed can also be controlled. Statistical results can investigated through diagrams which can be artificially zoomed and picked -up. The simulation results gained through this program were extensively verified via experimental screen test, pilot - scale screen and industrial screen test. It not only provides a powerful tool for extensively cognitions of screening process, but also presents promising foreground of DEM in mineral processing domain.
