On the basis of traditional way of ＂design-- experiment--model--optimization＂, CCD was employed to consider multi quality characteristics simultaneously at stage of experiment. Trust region and simulation approaches were used to design tolerance and overcome the computation com- plexity at stage of optimization. An example was discussed to verify the effectiveness of proposed method.
