英文摘要：

The Drosophila zeste gene enhancer of human homolog 2（EZH2） is a methyl-transferase which involves in the negatively epigenetic regulation of gene expression.It is found that EZH2 is highly expressed in various tumor tissues and closely related to tumorigenesis,invasion and metastasis,thus become a new molecular target for the tumor therapy.Multiple EZH2 inhibitors have been developed and used in the basic and clinical tumor studies,from which the encouraging results have been obtained.This article has reviewed the research progress of small molecule inhibitors of EZH2.
