目的:比较HERG1(human ether-a-go-go-related gene)钾通道及CEA在大肠癌组织中的表达水平,为大肠癌早期诊断和治疗提供更有特异性和敏感性的生物学标志和分子治疗靶点。方法:利用免疫组化方法检测55例大肠癌标本中的HERG1蛋白及CEA蛋白表达水平,以25例大肠息肉标本作为对照组。结果:HERG1在大肠癌标本中表达的敏感度为100%,特异度为92.0%,而CEA大肠癌标本中表达的敏感度为87.3%,特异度为28.0%。结论:HERG1在原发性大肠癌组织中表达的敏感度与特异度均高于CEA(P〈0.05),HERG1可能成为一个高度敏感的大肠癌标志物和基因治疗新靶点。
Objective Through studying the expression levels of HERG1( human ether- a- go- go- related gene) and CEA in primary human colorectal cancers,to find a more specific and sensitive prognostic biological marker and molecular target for future therapies of colorectal cancers. Method Immunohistochemistry was performed on tissue specimens from 55 colorectal cancers cases,to test the expression levels of HERG1 and CEA. 25 colorectal adenomas cases were treated as control group. Results The sensitivity of HERG1 in colorectal cancers cases was 100%,besides,the specificity was 92. 0%; the sensitivity of CEA was87. 3%,and the specificity was 28. 0%. Conclusion Both the sensitivity and specificity of HERG1 expression in colorectal cancers were higher than CEA( P〈0. 05). Therefore,HERG1 may be a highly sensitive and reliable tumor biomarker that may constitute a novel molecular target for colorectal cancers treatment.
