目的：从病患视角出发,对农村地区签约村医所提供的医疗服务质量进行评价。方法：以贵州省思南县为研究对象,通过问卷调查法和描述性分析法评估签约村医的医疗服务质量。结果：被调查者对于政策的了解程度一般,并且了解途径有限,主要是通过村医、村干部及朋友街坊获悉;签约服务的签约率、自愿签约率及续签率均达到100%,村民对于村医服务的满意度较高,对于医疗服务质量的评价属于较优范围,但是签约村医提供医疗服务的综合性和持续性较差。结论：签约村医所提供的医疗服务质量仍然存在提升的空间,管理部门应该做好以下工作：加强村卫生室硬软件设施的建设,鼓励村医开展心理咨询及健康生活方式教育等服务,激励村医把推进乡村健康水平为己任等。
英文摘要：
To evaluate the quality of medical service provided by contracted rural doctors in view of patients. Methods The quality of medical service provided by contracted rural doctors was evaluated by questionnaires and descriptive analysis. Results The informants had common but limited cognition on the contract service. The villagers were satisfied with the quality of medical service provided by contracted rural doctors, with 100% contacted rate and retaining contacted rate. However, the comprehensive- ness and sustainability of health service provided by contracted rural doctors were not well. Conclusion The quality of medical serv- ice provided by contracted rural doctors needs to be further improved by strengthening the construction of hardware and software, and encouraging the contracted rural doctors to supply services including psychological counseling and health lifestyle education.
