堆积型铝土矿是我国华南地区生产金属铝的主要来源。针对一些面临资源接替的堆积型铝土矿山急需解决的如何合理匹配采场与洗矿厂来延长矿山服务年限的难题,运用现代物流规划、运筹学和系统工程思想,建立了堆积型铝土矿洗矿厂厂址与配矿方案的综合优化数学模型,并在某实际堆积型铝土矿山得到了成功应用。
Accumulative bauxite is the main source for producing metal aluminum in South China. In light of the challenge of how to rationally match the mining site with the washing plant so as to prolong the mine service life, which is faced by accumulative bauxite mines under resource relaying and whose solution is in urgent need, a mathematical model for comprehensive optimization was established for the site of accumulative bauxite washing plant and the ore blending plan by modern logistics planning, operational research and systems engineering theory, and has been successfully applied in a real accumulative bauxite mine.
