通过恒温氧化增重实验和扫描电镜观察及XRD分析,研究了N含量对高锰奥氏体孪晶诱发塑性(TWIP)钢的高温氧化动力学过程及氧化产物的影响。结果表明:随着钢中N含量的增大,高锰奥氏体TWIP钢在高温氧化时形成的氧化层致密度提高,减少了氧化层两侧原子的扩散通道,阻碍了氧化反应的进行,可有效提高其耐高温氧化性。另外,N含量对氧化层的相组成也具有显著的影响。
Effects of N content on the high-temperature oxidation behaviors,microstructures and phase compositionsof the oxidation scale of high- manganese austenitic twinning- induced plasticity (TWIP) steels havebeen studied. The results show that the increasing of N content enhanced the compactness of the surface oxidelayer,and that is favorable for improving the characteristic of oxidation resistance of the high-manganese austeniticTWIP steel. Moreover,the content of N has significant effect on phase composition of oxidation scales.
