This article analyzes the role of science and technology management talents in science and technology industry from a historical perspective, states the new requirements for science and technology management talents raised by science and technology development. It is pointed out that the science and technology management talents must play a good role in promoting the development of science and technology in China in order to realize the dream of science and technology power.
