保障性住房是改善中低收入群众居住条件的重要举措,也是促进社会和谐的重要基础。本文首先分析了保障性住房的产品属性,明确了保障性住房居民福利问题研究的必要性,然后从房价、住房政策、住房条件和环境、保障性住房等四个方面阐述了住房对居民福利影响的相关研究现状,接着从社会福利和个人福利两个层面对福利测度进行了综述,最后对保障性住房居民福利及其测度的相关研究进行了评述。
英文摘要：
Affordable housing is an important method to improve the middle-low people＇s housing conditions and also the important basis of promoting social harmony. In the paper, the property of the affordable housing is analyzed and the necessity of the research on the problem of affordable housing resident welfare is defined firstly. And then, this paper elaborates the research status of the housing＇s influence on resident welfare from the aspect of the housing price, housing policy, housing conditions and environments, affordable housing. Next the paper gives an overview of the welfare measurement at two levels of social welfare and personal welfare. Finally, the relevant research of affordable housing resident welfare and its measurement is to comment.
