To integrate and share credit information and build a credit file system, is an important basis of the social credit construction. In this paper, Credit information resources sharing was reviewed on e-government environment. A framework of credit files system based on e-government information resource sharing is proposed, which mainly contains two components： the social credit system supported by credit file and the credit file system supported by the e-government information resource sharing This framework advocates the establishment of government-led social credit system, and takes full ad＇ vantage of e-government information resources building.
