Urban culture vitality is not only the dynamic factor of cultural heritage,but also the condition of the creative development of a city.In the background of globalization and historical civilization,we should dig deeply into the mechanism of urban culture evolution and construct ＂vital＂ urban culture which presents rich,active,high-spirited and full.Excavation of theoretical resources of urban culture vitality plays a fundamental and conditional role in the comprehensive development and effective exacerbation of urban culture vitality research.Endogenous resource provides legislative defense and basic theoretical support to urban culture vitality.Model,empirical and quantitative analysis method which are determined by empirical resource make urban culture active and vital.Paradigmatic resource establishes principle,method and basic framework for urban culture vitality research.
