Zhang Xiangdong, male, was born in 1970. He holds a Ph.D. from the Xidian University, P. R. China in 1998. He is now there as an assoc, professor at the school of communication. He is currently the director of the ITS institute at Xidian Univ. Mr. Zhang has published over 12 papers.
