开展了基于高温超导双晶结混频器变频效率的研究.采用离子刻蚀法进行刻蚀,制备出集成天线的结,进行了3mm谐波混频的实验,测量分析了高温超导混频器的变频效率与本振信号功率、微波信号功率、谐波次数、偏置电流等参数之间的关系.为进一步提高高温超导混频器的变频效率提供了依据,同时为混频器最佳工作点的选取打下了基础.
The research work on the conversion efficiency of high-temperature superconductivity bicrystal Josephson junction mixer is reported. Using ion etching, the junction integrated with antenna is prepared. Experiment on harmonic mixing at 3 mm waveband is carried out. The relationship between conversion efficiency and the parameters of local oscillation power, microwave signal power, harmonic order, bias electric current, etc., is tested and analyzed.
