用化学共沉淀法制备了Sm1-xZnxFeO3(0≤x≤0.10)半导体气敏材料。对其固相组成、导电行为和气敏性能进行了研究。结果表明:该系列粉体为正交晶系钙钛矿型结构;6%Zn掺杂SmFeO3导电优于纯相;在160℃工作温度下,6%Zn掺杂微粉制作的元件对0.1%丙酮的灵敏度高达568,是相同工作条件下纯相SmFeO3元件的8.5倍,响应-恢复时间分别为4S,和4min。
The semiconducting gas-sensitive material Sm1-xZnxFeO3(0≤x≤0.10) was prepared by means of chemical coprecipitation.Its phase constituents,conductivity and gas-sensitivity were studied.The results show that Sm1-xZnxFeO3(0≤x≤0.10) powder has an orthorhombic perovskite structure;that conductivity of 6%Zn blended with SmFeO3 is better than its pure phase;and that in the operating temperature 160 ℃,the sensitivity of Sm0.94Zn0.06FeO3 is 568 to 0.1% acetone(volume fraction) with the response time of 4 seconds and the recovery time of 4 minutes,which is 8.5 times more than the pure phase sensor SmFeO3 under the same conditions.
