＂Lewis turning point＂ is an important point of China＇s social and economic development. This paper established an econometrics model to estimate that, our country will be in about 2013 years over ＂the first Lewis turning point＂ ,and in about 2026 years over ＂the second Lewis turning point＂. In order to successfully across ＂Lewis turning point＂ ,the transformation of the mode of economic development is the only way out.
