在研究蛋白质折叠结构预测问题的离散模型的基础上,受物理世界物体间相互作用规律的启发,提出了该问题的三维连续模型,它比离散模型更接近真实蛋白质空间折叠结构.根据连续模型找到了相应的拟物算法,并给出一些实例的计算结果,结果证明了拟物算法的有效性.
A lattice model of protein structure prediction problem is studied. Enlightened by the law of reciprocity among things in the physics world, an off-lattice model in 3D Euclidean space is given which is closer to real protein folding structure. A related quasi-physical algorithm is formulated according to a 3D off-lattice model. Some experiment results are given, which also prove the advantages of the quasi-physical algorithm.
