通过在50Ω微带线上刻蚀3个不同形状的缺陷微带线结构,实现三阻带滤波器的设计,且三阻带的中心频率分别为:3.27 GHz、5.15 GHz和6.62 GHz。采用HFSS和“等效电路”的方法对所设计的三阻带滤波器进行了分析,综合考虑缺陷微带线结构的特性和3个阻带之间的级联特性,提出了三阻带滤波器的等效电路模型,并利用ADS仿真提出的等效电路模型。仿真和测试结果表明,所设计的三阻带滤波器不仅有很好的阻带特性,且能够集成到超宽带通信系统中,抑制全球微波互联接入(WiMAX)、无线局域网(WLAN)和X频段的窄带干扰。因此,该阻带滤波器可以广泛应用在无线通信领域。
A triple stop-band filter is proposed by using defected micro-strip structure (DMS).The proposed triple stop-band filter is realized by etching three different DMSs on a 50-Ohm micro-strip line.The three stop-band fre-quencies are operating at 3.27 GHz,5.15 GHz and 6.62 GHz.HFSS simulation and equivalent circuit model are utilized to analyze the designed triple stop-band filter.The equivalent circuit model of the filter is given by consid-ering the cascaded DMS characteristics.The ADS is used to access the equivalent circuit.The simulation and measurement results show that the proposed triple stop-band filter has good stop-band performance and can provide the suppression for WiMAX,WLAN and X systems,which can also be integrated into UWB system.Thus,the pro-posed filter can be widely used in wireless communication system.
