目的研究手参(Gymnadenia conopsea)块茎的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱法进行分离纯化,运用理化性质和波谱法进行结构鉴定。结果从手参块茎乙醇提取物中得到11个化合物,分别为十六烷酸甘油三酯(Ⅰ)、十八烷酸(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜串(Ⅳ)、对-羟基苯甲醛(Ⅴ)、丁二酸(Ⅵ)、coelovirinsB(Ⅶ)、gymnadesideI(Ⅷ)、dactylorhinE(Ⅸ)、coelovi—rinsF(Ⅹ)、coelovirinsG(XI)。结论化合物Ⅰ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ,Ⅺ均为首次从手参属植物分得。
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of the tubers of Gymnadenia conopsea. METHODS The compounds were isolated by column chromatographic methods, their structures were elucidated on the basis of physical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Eleven compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of this plant and identified as hexadecanoic triglyceride( Ⅰ ), stearic acid( Ⅱ ),fl-sitosterol( Ⅲ ), daucosterol( Ⅳ ),p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( Ⅴ ), succinic acid( Ⅵ ), coelovirins D( Ⅶ ), gymnadeside Ⅰ (Ⅷ), dactylorhin E( Ⅸ ), coelovirins F( Ⅹ), coelovirins G( Ⅺ ). CONCLUSION Compound Ⅰ, Ⅵ, Ⅻ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ and Ⅺ were obtained from the plants of Gymnadenia R. Br for the first time,
