当前我国正处在经济转型的关键阶段,发展循环经济能有效解决我国目前资源相对匮乏、环境污染严重的问题。对于循环经济的评价研究,目前国内外大多采用诸如层次分析、模糊聚类分析等方法。利用改进的灰色关联分析法,选取成都市三个工业园区,对其循环经济进行分析研究,可以得到较为科学合理的评价结果。

At present,China is in the key stage of economic transformation. the development of circular economy can effectively solve the problem of the shortage of resources and environmental pollution. At the same time,the development of circular economy is the important part of the road of scientific development,but also the effective means to coordinate the sustainable development of human and society and nature. For the evaluation of circular economy,most of scholars in domestic or foreign usually adopt research method such as the level of analysis,fuzzy clustering analysis. Using the improved grey correlation analysis method,this paper selects three industrial parks in Chengdu to evaluate these circular economy,and puts forward more scientific and reasonable evaluation results.
