Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Fujian Province face the high cost of logistics and the unreasonable cost structure status quo. In view of its causes,that small and medium enterprises achieving cost optimization in the logistics services sectors of transportation,warehousing,operation management is dealt wit. Based on it,that the information sharing platform is built by adopting two-structure of facing social bodies and logistics industry in Fujian is the effective means to optimize logistics costs,so as to provide theoretical reference for creating resource integration and complementary advantages between small and medium-sized logistics companies and promoting the benign development of the logistics industry in Fujian Province.
