区域政策是政府调节区域经济空间结构、促进区域经济均衡发展的重要工具。使用CiteSpace知识图谱工具，对中国知网和WOS数据库核心合集重要文献进行关键词聚类和突变分析，比较分析中外区域政策理论研究与实施状况，对明确我国区域政策理论研究方向、强化规划战略导向作用、塑造区域发展新格局意义重大。研究结果发现，中外研究主体存在一定差异，研究热点及趋势也不尽相同，国外区域政策实施更重视政策思路、目标制定、法律支持、区域划分、运行机制等方面。为推动我国区域政策研究与实践，应依托计量统计、模型分析等方法加快区域政策研究特别是区域政策评估研究进展，充分发挥区域政策理论对实践的指导作用，并通过科学和规范的区域划分、机构设置以及政策法规的制定与实施来提高我国区域政策实施的有效性。

英文摘要：

Regional policy is the important tool that can be used by the government to adjust regional economic spatial structure and promote the balanced development of regional economy.With the help of CiteSpaces’s knowledge map,a total of496papers in CNKI database and305papers in the ISI Web of Knowledge database core collection of journal articles are selected as research objects to carry out keyword clustering analysis and mutation analysis,and compare domestic and foreign regional policy research institutions,authors,research hot spots and implementation situation.It is found that:there are some differences in research subject;the research hot spots and trends are different at home and abroad,and the implication of foreign regional policy pays more attention to policy thinking,target formulation,legal support,regional segmentation,and operational mechanism.To improve the effectiveness of Chinese regional policy implementation and research,we should accelerate regional policy research,especially regional policy evaluation research,with the help of quantitative statistics and modeling analysis,give full play to the guidance role of regional policy theory on practice,and improve the effectiveness of Chinese regional policy implementation by scientific and standardized regional segmentation,institution setting up,and the formulation and implementation of policy laws and regulations.
