微测辐射热计是一种应用前景广阔的非致冷型红外焦平面器件。这里用热平衡理论和噪声理论详细分析了微测辐射热计探测单元的热学、电学和噪声特性,建立了较为全面的微测辐射热计探测单元Spice模型,并对该模型进行了热学行为和噪声特性的仿真,由仿真结果对探测单元的工作方式和特性建立了具体、直观的认识,为下一步的设计工作打下了坚实的基础。
Microbolometer is a broad prospect for application of the uncooled IRFPA. In this article, thermal equilibrium theory and the theory of noise are used to analyse the microbolometer thermal detection unit, electrical and noise eharaeteristics,a more comprehensive microbolometer detection unit Spice model is established and the model for thermal behavior and noise are simulated. The simulation results from exploration unit of the working methods and establishment of a specific intuitive understanding of the design work for the next step to lay a solid foundation are given.
