论文主要研究了基于Otsu阈值分割和水平集算法的非接触指纹背景分割。其目的是将采集来的非接触指纹图像中的前景部分从整个图像中提取出来,分割图像的背景和前景部分。论文提出以Otsu阈值分割算法的结果作为水平集算法的初始轮廓,实现了初始轮廓的自动选取,从而大大提高了水平集算法的收敛速度。实验表明算法较好地实现了非接触指纹的背景分割。
This article mainly studied contactless fingerprint segmentation algorithm based on Otsu and level set.Its purpose is to get the foreground part extracted from the image of the contactless fingerprint image.In this paper,by Otsu threshold segmentation algorithm,the results of the initial contour can be automatically selected as the initial contour of level set algorithm,thus can greatly improve the convergence speed of level set algorithm.Experiments show that algorithm is effective on the background segmentation of contactless fingerprint.
