甘薯是一种重要的粮食、蔬菜、工业原料及新型能源作物。目前,分子生物学技术已在甘薯育种中得到广泛应用,尤其是分子标记和基因克隆技术。简要概述了DNA分子标记在甘薯起源进化、遗传图谱的构建、遗传多样性、基因定位等方面的应用进展,并对其有关品质基因、块根发育基因、抗逆基因、抗病基因的克隆和遗传转化进行了综述,旨在为甘薯的深入研究提供参考。
Sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas(L.) Lam.) is one of the world's important food crops,and usually used as staple food,vegetable,industrial material or raw material for alcohol production.Recently,molecular biotechnology,especially,molecular marker and cloning technology had been widely applied in the study of sweet potato breeding.In current study,the application of DNA molecular markers in evolution,analysis of genetic diversity and relationships,construction of genetic linkage map,gene localization of sweet potato were summarized,and the gene about storage root quality and development,stress and disease tolerance separated from sweet potato were generalized.Additionaly,about the genetic transformation in sweet potato varieties were also concluded.The collected information in this paper will provide a reference for further research.
