目的 建立6 m V-X射线小剂量多次照射所致家兔放射性食管炎模型。方法 50只家兔随机分为对照组、4、6、8、10 Gy组,每组10只。4、6、8、10 Gy组给予6 m V-X射线照射隔天1次,共4次。照射后第7、14天观察各组食管黏膜组织病理学变化,并进行病理评分,同时观察5组家兔饮食量及体重变化,确定最佳造模照射剂量。结果随着照射剂量的增加,各组家兔放射性食管炎发生率呈上升趋势。8 Gy组家兔照射第7天均出现放射性食管炎病理改变,但局部照射后7、14 d食管组织病理评分比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。在照射后第7~9天家兔饮食量及体重均达到最低。结论 家兔经6 m V-X射线8 Gy照射剂量局部照射4次后第7天可发生放射性食管炎,且为最佳照射剂量。
Objective To establish radioactive esophagitis rabbit models using 6MV X-rays irradiation by low dose and several times. Methods A total of 50 rabbits were randomly divided into control group, 4, 6, 8 and 10 Gy radiation dose groups ( n = 10 for each group). The 4, 6, 8 and 10 Gy groups was irradiates with 6MV X-rays once at once every other day for 4 times. Pathological changes of esophageal mucosa tissues and pathological score were performed at 7'~ and 14'h days after radiation were performed, and food intake and changes of body weight were observed at the same time to make sure the optimal dose for experimental model. Results Incidence rate of radiation esophagitis was increas- ing with increasing radiation dose in every group. In 8Gy radiation dose group, pathological change of radioactive esoph- agitis was found at 7'~d after local radiation, but there was no significant difference in pathological score between 7'h and 14~h days after radiation in 8Gy radiation dose group (P 〉 0.05) ; the lowest levels of food intake and body weight were found at 7's-9'h days after radiation. Conclusion Radioactive esophagitis can be found at 7thd local radiation by using 6MV X-rays with 8Gy radiation dose for 4 times in rabbits, and therefore 8Gy is the optimal radiation dose.
