基于对血栓形成机理问题,建立了血液在分叉血管中流动的晶格玻尔兹曼模型,研究在不同压差、压积下血栓的形成机理。模型用刚性小球代替红细胞,为了使模拟更符合实际,在管壁与小球之间增加了摩擦力。结果表明,压积越大越容易发生堵塞,压差越大越不容易发生堵塞,在入口以及分叉处最易发生堵塞。
Based on the research of thrombus formation mechanism,we establish the model of blood flow in bifurcated tube with lattice Boltzmann method,and research the formation of blood clots under the condition of different pressure and hema-tocrit.Red blood cells are replaced by rigid particles,at the same time,in order to make the simulation more realistic,fric-tion works between the cell and the vascular wall.The results show that as higher as the hematocrit is,the blood is easier to form embolism,meanwhile,as bigger as the pressure difference is,the blood is harder to form embolism.The embolism tends to occur at the entrance of bifurcated pipe and the bifurcation place.
